My interest in offering this Training is simple. I want the Teachers for yoga and dance to be in their true power and heaerts since i know that the practice of Yoga and Dance is tremendeously powerful. Therefore its important to have great teachers to share this magic in an authemtic and effective way.

This is the first step into your true confidence as a teacher or physical Instructor for group sessions. Here you learn or deepen the craft of being a teacher. You will learn and practice to share your gift in the most truthful and effective way. This is a one week full time intensive.

Content:

• the art of presence

• theory of pedagogy

• practicalities, safety and legal rights

• peer coaching

This first step will already make a huge difference for the quality and confidence in your teachings.

This Training will take place in Ilmenau, a small remote town in Thuringia far away from you day to day routine. Here you can concentrate on the training and enjoy beautiful nature around you at the same time.

I will help you to find your teachers voice and create a useful structure for your classes. We will put a light on the aspects of your teachings which let you stand out from the masses and work on the way how to share in an authentic strong way. With me you have someone with who you can share your doupts and questions around your leadership. I am looking forward to be there for you.

Before we start, we will have a 30min try out call to check the resonance between us.

I will then create a personalized coaching program for you and we will meet once week.
